okay okay i shall make my post longer.

no pictures today though.

Today i had my Home Economics Practical Test.

first my group consisted of me, ZZ and WW (#37, #38, #39)

then we decided to kick ZZ out because i dont like his face.

nah just kidding. LOL! but we did kick him out.

but we didnt change the recipe until yesterday,

where we realised that we did not have enough time.

since i had cca yesterday, i asked WW to search for recipes.

so we decided on Chocolate Chip Muffins.

these are the ingredients we require:

[  ]168 g semisweet chocolate
[x]75 g unsalted butter
[ ]180 ml buttermilk
[x]100 g white sugar
[x]1 egg
[  ]8 ml vanilla extract
[x]210 g all-purpose flour
[x]5 g baking soda
[x]3 g salt
[  ]200 g mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

the ones marked with an  [x]  are the ones which mrs ding said that she would provide us.

so basically i only had 4 things to buy.

easy task? i think not.

i couldnt find the muffin cups at home,

i thought, 'oh well, i'll buy them later then.'

so i went to PRIME Supermarket on my way to school

no im not gonna post the logo because it doesnt match my blogskin.

when i got there, i was faced with something dreadful.

i couldnt even find semi sweet chocolate chips, nor buttermilk, nor the metal muffin cups.

the only semisweet chocolate i found was one in a whole box,

with wrappers -.- 

then i called wesley like 20 times before he actually picked up the phone.

he said, nevermind, we will improvise. 

so bo bian lor. i bought 3 boxes of the chocolate (yes with wrappers),

since each box contains 137g of chocolate.

for the buttermilk, i didn't buy it.

so i went back to school,

on the way i saw aloysius, and i walked with him.

when i reached school, wesley started poking my face again ._.

then something went horribly wrong...

i realised that the chocolate i bought was MINT FLAVOURED.

first period was science, we went through the science paper.

copied a whole chunk of words.

second period was home econs! omgosh!

yeah so we went there, having a feeling that we will really screw up.

but still, we did the things according to the recipe.

first we collected the stuff.

luckily mrs ding had buttermilk or i dunno what milk lah.

then we melted 40 pieces of chocolate and butter in the frying pan,

yes, we took all the wrappers out.

i melted the stuff while wesley sieved the flour.

it smelt great but looked gross.

a strong peppermint smell was also given out.

then i went to beat the egg and mix the stuff,

because wesley didn't do them well.

and then poured in the melted chocolate.

mixmix~

then we put the mixture into muffin cups uh.

couldnt do this well uh.

but still we threw it into the preheated oven to bake.

-baking done- [curtains open]

they looked quite nice, but i dont know about the taste o_O

havent tried it yet. then mrs ding came and tried a little,

and after that she took the whole muffin away,

while for some groups she only tried a small bite -.-

unfair lah! my muffin T_T

lols. nvm lah. then we donated some to the class.

they said it was nice, i think they bluff me.

hahaha oh whatever~

during recess we were throwing the leftover chocolate around the class.

ah whatever i go ler.

i havent eat my muffin ._.
