There are only two colours, black and silver, but I think it'll look horrible with other colours anyway. It can be used with any ordinary earphone, but you won't be able to change the volume or skip songs. The playback time is only 10 hours when fully charged, down from 12 hours in the previous generation of iPod shuffle. But I doubt you'll even be using it for 10 hours straight anyway. Oh yeah, the older docks can't be used with this iPod! D:

The headphone playback control offers two buttons for volume control and a center button for playback control. The center button can be clicked once to play, twice for the next track, and three times for the previous track.
Well, I think this iPod is just awesome. (:
