Everywhere I go I see adults. No kids, no teenagers. No pretty girls for me to stare at. No pretty guys for me to stare at. No ugly gays for me to stare at. There's not even a Raffles Gay that isn't a statue in this area. It really sucks to live in this place. The view gets damn boring. Even now I close the curtains everyday. Constructions are everywhere. Dust flying in from the window. And the window really sucks. No wind, nothing. The opening is less than 10cm. What makes it worse is that the main road is right below my window. So there's like noise from cars and the construction sites which is totally irritating. Then there's the food. It's difficult to find food in this place, probably except for lao pa sat, which I really dread to go. Hopefully it gets better the next time I go there. There's no supermarket here. The nearest one, I think, is in Chinatown. Which is far. Damn far.
Everything here is expensive, VERY expensive. I can't take a taxi home not because taxis are expensive, it's because there's ERP. I really find it stupid. If everyday you spend at least $2 on ERP, in one month its like at least $60 already. Not to mention I spend at least $0.88 a day on MRT rides. That's alot okay. And the rent here is so damn expensive. It's burning my parents' pockets. Yes, the whole pocket. Why can't we live somewhere more normal? I don't even use the facilities here. The gym is boring. The reading room is boring. The function room is boring. The swimming pool is stupid. There are 6 storeys of parking lots, and only 1 storey is used. The two tennis courts are a waste of space. Seriously. The size of the tennis courts is like more than 3 times of the swimming pool. Stupid right. Might as well build an apartment there.
TBC.
I like Deluxe Vegetable Biscuits. <3
